Born in 1986, Dimitri Daubert specialises in automotive technology and mechanical engineering.

He graduated from the University of Stuttgart in 2014 with a degree in mechanical engineering. During his studies, he was employed by various large companies in the automotive industry and mechanical engineering. After graduating, Mr. Daubert started training as a patent attorney at terpatent. This was followed by training periods at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Munich. In 2018, he qualified as a German patent attorney.

The focus of his work is on drafting patent applications, conducting national patent grant proceedings, handling foreign patent grant proceedings, preparing, and conducting patent opposition proceedings, drafting opinions on validity and infringement of patents, advising clients in patent infringement proceedings and conducting patent nullity proceedings, handling trademark matters as well as consulting in the field of the German Employee Invention Act.

Mr. Daubert is a member of the Chamber of German Patent Attorneys  and of the Institute of European Patent Attorneys (EPI).
