Dimitri Daubert

Dimitri Daubert finished his mechanical engineering studies at the University of Stutgart in 2014. Already during his studies he was employed by various large companies in the automotive industry and mechanical engineering. After his studies, Mr. Daubert started his training as a patent attorney at terpatent. This was followed by training periods at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Munich. In 2018 he was qualified as a german patent attorney.

The focus of his work is on drafting patent applications, prosecuting national patent grant proceedings, handling foreign patent grant proceedings, preparing and conducting patent opposition proceedings, drafting opinions on validity and infringement of patents, advising clients in patent infringement proceedings and conducting patent nullity proceedings, handling trademark matters as well as advice in the field of the German Employee Invention Act.

Mr. Daubert is member of the chamber of German patent attorneys.
